Feedback - Evaluation - Quality Control - Customer Satisfaction

We regularly send feedback forms to students who have completed a course and ask them for their evalution. Aktion Bildungsinformation, Germany's consumer protection agency for the education sector rates our service very positively. We also get unprompted testimonials from "our" students, which is extremely helpful to us. The following extracts are taken from some of the letters and postcards which have reached us over the years.

The mixture of methods- training [for the classroom], information on Irish history, music, literature and politics, including a very good social programme was inspiring, interesting and had a high quality level. Excellent teachers and a  considerate and friendly director with a good sense of humour (Tom Doyle) made the stay a very pleasant one. So everything highly commendable- including Dublin!
